  • Mondays

Slow flow & Restore from 10:45am-11:45am

This class is beautifully balanced with a vinyasa flow of sun salutations leading into gentle stretch and release postures, ending with restorative yoga. Restorative yoga is a gentle, calming, therapeutic kind of yoga that uses props to support the body to deepen the benefits of the poses.

    Open Level Vinyasa from 6:30-7:30pm.

Using the breath (pranayama) to flow from one asana (pose/posture) to the next. This class is an open level class suitable for all levels.

1:1 Yoga
Sessions

  • When you book a private yoga session with me, I will ask you to fill out an intake form to help me familiarize with what brings you to yoga and how I can best support you. On the day of our first session, I will review the intake form with you and discuss how you are feeling in your mind and body before we begin.  I will always check in with you to see where you are and how you’re feeling before we begin every session.  This will help guide me on how to best to support you.

  • A session typically starts with grounding followed by breath awareness and intention setting.  There will be asana-yoga poses,  pranayama-breathwork, and a restorative pose to end the practice geared toward resetting the nervous system.  Each private session will be tailored toward your individual needs. For some, stillness may cause anxiety, in this case, somatics and more movement is suitable. I will always meet you where you are in your practice to support you on your spiritual path.

  • I offer 1:1 yoga sessions on Zoom and in person.

You can book a 60 or 90-minute session. A package of multiple sessions is also available.

In person sessions can take place at your NYC/Brooklyn based location or my Queens location, depending on availability and comfortability.

1:1 Prenatal
Yoga

  • When booking a prenatal yoga session, I will ask you to fill out an intake form to help familiarize me with what brings you to yoga and how I can best support you. The first time we meet we’ll review the intake form together. I will check in with you to ask you how you’re feeling in your mind & body each time we meet. This information helps guide me on how best to support you for our work together.

  • Similar to a regular yoga session, there will be asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breath-work that regulates energy), restorative yoga & meditation, if suitable.

Please note, prenatal yoga is not a heat building practice; you will certainly move, you may even break a sweat, but this is not “power yoga”.

Pranayama and Asana will help build focus for labor and support the pregnant body as it changes.

We’ll work on relieving the aches and pains that arise during pregnancy to find ease and strength in the body.

We'll focus on the use of pranic energy known as Apana Vayu, the downward movement of energy which supports child birth. We’ll also investigate the pelvis, the seat or our creation and the pelvic floor muscles. I will always meet you where you are in your practice and I am honored to support you on the journey of motherhood.

  • I offer 1:1 prenatal and postnatal yoga sessions on Zoom and in person.

You can book a 60 or 90-minute session. A package of multiple sessions is also available.

In person sessions can take place at your NYC/Brooklyn based location or my Queens location, depending on availability and comfortability.

Yoga for the
Pelvic Floor

  • When booking a pelvic floor yoga session, I will ask you to fill out an intake form to help familiarize myself with what brings you to yoga and how I can best support you. The first time we meet, we’ll review the intake form together. I will check in to ask how you are doing in your mind and body each time we meet. This information helps guide me on how best to support you in our work together.

  • Pelvic floor yoga is a deep and intentional practice focusing on the seat of creation, our pelvis. There will be some education on the anatomy of the pelvic floor muscles and how they are affected by movement and one’s breath. We’ll investigate habitual body patterns and breath patterns while moving the body through asana (yoga poses & movement) & breathwork (pranayama). We will explore the connection of the jaw’s relationship to the pelvic floor We’ll also tune into the energetic body, focusing on the downward movement energy prana- apana vayu. Chanting may be incorporated depending on the student’s comfort level as we take this deep dive to heal and regulate the body.

  • I offer 1:1 pelvic floor yoga on Zoom and in person.

You can book a 60 or 90-minute session. A package of multiple sessions is also available.

In person sessions can take place at your NYC/Brooklyn based location or my Queens location, depending on availability and comfortability.
